Internet Computer Sales – Join our expanding Internet Team! Receive orders and respond to customer inquiries via email or phone. An Internet sales representative must be knowledgeable, enthusiastic and enjoy the computer industry. You must also have good communication and computer skills. Mail order experience is a plus.

• High School equivalent and 1-2 years experience in sales and/or telemarketing activities; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Advertising Sales – CompSource is currently seeking enthusiastic people who enjoy promoting our company. Position includes selling advertising space on our web site and print catalog. Gathering and coordinating co-op funds from manufactures for radio and magazine ads. Experience required.

• Bachelor degree in marketing or PR is a plus but not required. 1-2 years experience in sales and/or telemarketing activities.

Technical Support – CompSource is currently seeking A+ certified technicians to build, upgrade, repair, diagnose and troubleshoot computers and notebooks.

• A+ Certification plus 2-3 years experience required.

Customer Service – CompSource is currently seeking customer support representatives. This position requires great communication skills, the ability to follow up and resolve customer issues in a professional timely manner within CompSource guidelines.

• Strong organization, communication, and conflict/resolution skills. 0-6mo. customer service required.

Shipping/Receiving – Responsible for handling all aspects of the shipping and receiving department. Responsibilities include; packaging, shipping FedEx, UPS and US Mail, serializing all products, and inputting tracking numbers of shipments.

• High school education or equivalent; minimum of 0-6mo. of customer service experience; or equivalent combination of education, experience and/or training.

Outbound Telephone Sales Representative - Markets and sells products and services to corporate, government agencies, educational institutions, and other business entities. Opportunity to build own client base for return business. Must be very personable, have terrific follow-up skills and be extremely knowledgeable with the computer industry as a whole.

• Typically requires a high school education or higher and 3-4 years in sales and/or telemarketing activities. The ability to up-sell is important.

Website Developer – CompSource is currently seeking self-motivated people who has the desire to create the best e-commerce in a competitive industry. Position requires a large knowledge base of html, JavaScript, cgi, MS SQL, asp and asp.net. (Flash is a plus) Experience and sample sites required.

• Strong organizational skills and 2-3 years experience required.

Graphics Designer – CompSource is currently seeking creative people who desire creating the best looking e-commerce site in the industry. Position requires a large knowledge base Adobe and Macromedia products, (Flash is a plus) Experience and sample sites required.
